Hi, I'm Rajiv S. I write code and build products. I've spent over a 18+ years coding and 13+ years working on business challenges through software.

What I Do​

I'm currently the Co-Founder and CTO of Betalectic, a company I started in 2014. We help startups and SMEs build their new products from scratch and set up their go-to-market strategy. Our focus is building the best possible application to put in customers' hands, iterate and find product-market fit. In short, we take products from 0 to 1, and 1 to infinity. We've helped launch 40+ new products in the past 5 years, and we maintain and support them for years.

I'm also the creator of Locospec, an open-source project that helps build full stack apps keeping high quality in mind, and also speed of delivery.

How I Think​

I'm a developer at heart. I like creating reusable solutions to problems. I spend time thinking about how to abstract ideas effectively and solve domain-specific challenges. These days, I'm actively contributing to open source projects, sharing what I've learned and helping where I can.

Technical Background​

I studied Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Kharagpur (B.Tech + M.Tech). I work across:

  • System architecture and design
  • Web and mobile app development
  • Cloud infrastructure
  • Backend systems

Beyond Code​

When I'm not coding, I'm reading about new technologies or thinking about solutions to interesting problems.
